I went to this store about 4 years ago, they always served me well, but last week when I got home I realized that they hadn't put an essence in the package because I didn't check it at the time. I went back and told the seller what happened but he informed me that without the NF it would not be possible to find the fact strange because our name is in the system anyway I found this fact very sad not for $$ but because I was really disappointed with the lack of tact with the client. I expected a little more after the sale. Too bad, I will hardly ever buy from that store again.
